For the past 30 years Joanna has served employers in some capacity. Having started her career at Workmen’s Compensation she quickly moved on to a management role serving large employers for a national private insurance carrier before leaving the corporate world to start her own benefit consulting firm 10 years ago. Joanna believes the offer of employee benefits should add value for employers as much as it does for employees. To that end, she has built her firm’s success ensuring her clients receive the very best insight and advice relative to employee benefit design trends, funding strategies, and various other customized solutions to achieve the company’s larger operational objectives.

 Joanna is an active member of the National Association of Benefit & Insurance Professionals (NABIP).

Specializing in ASO, self-funding, and reference-based pricing, Andrew partners with Broker Consultants to bring best-in-class solutions to their clients. He works with c-suite and human resources to identify opportunities to improve group health insurance operational expenses and member experience. Andrew graduated Cum Laude from the University of Massachusetts, was a Broker Consultant for over ten years, and has over twenty years of business development experience working with benefit clients throughout the south-western U.S.
